When it comes to Ben's, there are good and bad. Yes, their facebook page is really pack with info and their respond was good there. BUT has they improve back in their restaurant? Sadly no. And being Bias to gender is another stupid thing. I went here with my gf for their Nasi Dulang Promotion which run's throughout fasting month. It such a shame when i try to book the seat ( They have limited food thus the seats are limited as well) i got rejected by them by saying i need to go there and pay first then only i will get my seat. I was like... WTF dude??? I was very mad and was very annoyed with the way he answered me. He could at least tell me that this is their policy or something, but no... it's not. IT IS HIS OWN STUPID POLICY. I was very mad and does not wanted to even try their promotion anymore cause so stupid. But my gf wanted to give it another try. I was reluctant at first but well, let see what happen. And to my surprise, she got the booking with a different person. I was pissed with that. Clearly it's a gender bias thing. I at first does not want to go but since my girl has put her name in, so i just follow.
Once there i was greeted and he ask me if i have made any reservation. And my gf give her name and then he ask for the receipt. She was a bit surprise but then said she book through someone by the name of ..... ! Then the guy who took the order walk to us and said my gf name again to re confirm. I overheard the first guy saying something like objecting the way the guy can take the book without a confirmed receipt. What the hell man, if there 10 restaurant like this that need to PAY first... u can or might as well go bankrupt ya know. Whatever....!

So what's on that dulang i really like? I can say their keropok and their Ayam percik. The rest are a let down. WHY? Let me tell you why. The Ikan Cencaru is really BIG but fresh wise... not so. And The prawn, is also BIG size, but when i taste it, it's like the prawn has already inside their fridge for a donkey years. It's really not fresh. It's was really a let down. Not sure why they still haven't improve despite of comments they get in their facebook page.
The only good and worth coming back was their dessert. It just taste nice. That's the only thing i enjoy here. The rest are very dissapointing.
So my verdict to this is just a 1 star out of 5. What i hope is next Ramadhan, they can improve their menu and freshness as well as their customer service. Really dissapointed with Ben's. Good environment but bad service.
